Here’s a quick rundown. This guide will walk you through how to gather endless leads and connect with them.

Signing clients comes down to three key steps: finding the right leads, setting up a system to reach out to them individually but at scale, and closing them effectively. In this guide, we’ll cover the technical setup, and at the end, I’ll share a quick sales tip to help boost your response rate.

This guide will show you how to do this using VAs, as I’m not providing free access to my software at this time.

In this guide, we’ll be focusing on Instagram. This should work for all platforms though.

Technical Setup

• Buy an iPhone 7 (this model reliably supports the Palera1n Jailbreak).

• Install the Palera1n Jailbreak on it

• Install Crane on it (find it easily on Sileo).

• Clone Instagram as many times as your storage allows (so, aim for a high-storage model).

• Log in to 5 Instagram accounts per container.

• Switch your IP before moving to a new container.

With 100 containers, you’ll be logged into 500 Instagram accounts. With a maximum limit of 50 DMs per account, you can now send up to 25,000 messages using just one iPhone.

Account Setup

Your account setup should align with your niche. If you’re reaching out to potential OF models, consider creating an agency account or a fake profile that fits—get creative! This part is on you!

Add a website link to your bio to track how many people click it and how many open your DMs, giving you a basic engagement ratio.

Start with 0 DMs per day, then gradually increase by 10 each day per account until you reach 50.

Taking Action

To get high-quality, active leads, follow profiles that meet your criteria and engage with them. This way, your feed will soon be filled with active leads that match your standards rather than inactive ones. If activity isn’t a priority, just explore the pages your leads follow, then the pages those pages follow, and so on.

It’s best to scrape leads before messaging them, as it makes organization simpler. Set up an Airtable with three statuses: none, messaged, closing, and closed.

You can take it a step further by logging all Instagram accounts into Dolphin Anty as well, allowing your sales VAs to manage and close leads that respond to your outbound messages.

System

Here’s the approach I’d use if I didn’t have a bot:

1. Get a Mac and run Blackhole (similar to Wormhole, but for jailbroken phones) so my VAs can remotely control my iPhones.

2. Have outreach VAs add leads they’ve contacted to my Airtable, marked with the "none" status.

3. Set up sales VAs to check the Instagram accounts for messages every hour (you’ll receive responses hourly).

4. Once leads are closed, have the sales VAs send them over to WhatsApp, Telegram, or another platform for me to continue the conversation and onboard them.
